Ladies, here’s your chance to improve your skills, gain additional knowledge, build confidence, meet great people and have fun in a comfortable environment.   So grab a friend, mark your calendar and make your way to the mountains for one of these great events.

Bogus- Ladies Fitness Skate Ski Training Classes: Meet in Jan and Feb to focuse on strength, endurance and speed development.

Bogus- Vertigals: A group of women who meet Wednesday’s at 9:45am, January-March.  There’s no cost to participate other than a lift ticket or season pass.

Brundage- Divas Day: On Feb 2-3 the mountain will have gone to the ladies with Divas Day and Divas Don’t Leave Us.  For only $25 the ladies will receive a lift ticket, après ski yoga practice and free chair massages on Feb 2.  Then on Feb 3, Divas Don’t Leave Us by showing your Feb 2 ticket you can have another for $25.

Lookout Pass- Downhill Divas: Meet every other Thursday thru March 21 for instruction, lunch, demos and more.

Pebble Creek- Women’s Lesson Program: A 3-week program to learn or improve your skiing.  For women of all ages and all abilities.

Pomerelle- Ladies Day Program: On Tuesday’s in Jan, Feb and Mar come to Ladies Days for clinics lunches and more.

Record Snow Amounts for Season at Schweitzer

This season you’ll find record amounts of snow at north Idaho’s Schweitzer Mt Resort located outside of Sandpoint.   with over 180 inches of snow this season. The early season snow has allowed Schweitzer to open all 2900 acres of terrain with a village depth of 77 inches and a summit depth of 109 inches. Snow report records dating back to the 82/83 season show this as the deepest early season snowpack on record.
